Hi All -
I need some help and prayers - I'm so miserable. I can't sleep. I've been taking 2 mg Lunesta, along with 400 mg Theanine, 800 mg GABA, and 200 mg P5P (a B vitamin) at dinner and at bedtime. But nothing helps. I can't sleep for more than 2 hours. I started taking Avena Sativa and Hops last night at dinner and before bed for the panic attacks in the middle of the night - and THANKFULLY that worked - but I still can't sleep.
Am I doing something wrong with detoxing? I've been brushing my skin in the morning and before bed. I went to the gym for 30 mins yesterday, thinking that would help.
What has worked for you if you can't sleep - I'm so miserable and feel like I'm losing it today. :(
