hi, i have never been able to drink the powdered stuff. i had used a juicer for yrs when i was doing the all raw thing but fell away from using it becuase cleaning the juicer took longer than juicing and i am just too stamina limited. i find my solution has been a product called a nutribullet....you put in all greeens, they suggest spinach as a base,and then any green leafy and any veggies you like or citrus and fruits. there are many recipes that come with the product and you can add things like turmeric for inflammation and flaxseed, berries, nuts. i use alot of spinach, celery, green apple, raw cashews, berries and raw ginger and sometimes chunks of lime or lemon.
i have chronic lyme, for many years, and this product is so simple to use and only has 2 parts to wash that rinse right off. it really has been my answer for getting good nutrition in me, especially on days when i don't feel too swift. my family members are enjoying it as
well.
