Hi all,

I received an e-mail and if you don't mind, please help out by making your voice heard!

Make your voice heard, take our Lyme survey today

We are conducting a new survey about the impact and cost of Lyme disease. Our last survey--about access to care--turned out to be the largest survey of Lyme patients ever conducted in the US.

Such surveys are an important way to communicate the experience of Lyme patients to legislators and health care policy makers. Click here to read more about it.

I got this email too, and started answering the questions...but stopped. Do you happen to know how long it will be available? I would like to complete it once my Igenex results come in (which should be very soon).

I'm so sorry that you were excluded from the survey Hopeful Maxine, Marie, and Tickled - but know that you are not excluded here!!

Hopefully if we can get things changed here in the U.S. it will translate into better care where you are!!
