Anyone try raw milk?

Im not sure whether its unsafe or healthy. Also, do you think its possible to get lyme from drinking it? Ive read its helped some people but im not sure if its worth the risk.

why would goat's milk be safe but not cow milk from lyme?

Our former nutritionist told us that goats milk is more similar to human mother's milk than cow's milk is. He was very against cow's milk, and said that it was not fit for human consumption. Dr. Jernigan has been known to give raw goats milk to select patients to drink while they are at his clinic.

On the other hand, Dr. Mercola believes that organically fed, hormone free, raw cow's milk has health-conferring qualities for human beings.

I do know that many people have developed allergies from cow's milk. I am one of them. I drank goats milk as a child, but hate the taste now.

I don't know whether Lyme is in goat's milk, but I have heard about Lyme in cow's milk before.
