Omg, had to hang up phone, couldnt talk

I'm so sorry! I did the same thing the other day, I could just feel myself starting to "lose it" for no reason. My sis was going on and on about some drama and I was in so much pain. I couldn't handle it! But that's what we used to do, gossip and talk about whatever. So I felt bad like I let her down and was being selfish. She's got a lot going on too!!!!

Ironically my period started soon after, lol! Maybe it's just PMS x 1,000!!!

Also when I talk on the phone I pace, then I run out of breath. I think it's an anxiety issue...

Lately, most of the days I just don't pick up the phone anymore - I just let it ring. Once I finish work, I want to be left alone. At that point I'm just too tired to have to listen to other people's problems, let alone speak...

Then I just send the person who called me a short message via FB or email saying I missed their call, but that I was occupied or that I was too tired to speak on the phone (depends on the person).

Some days I just leave my cell phone in my bag, I just don't care about it...

Well I am not a woman so I am not sure about ever having PMS ... although my wife might tell you different!

But i have times where I can not talk because I cant breathe. Never thought it was connected to LD kind of thing that make you think.

Not only witll i and have air hunger but it will induce hiccups, stuttering and if I talk to long my voice starts giving out!

I myself was/am (on medical leave) as a high school teacher. I would be reading to the class and stutter and freeze up. I guess I had students say my name and I didn't hear them or respond. It was really, really rough at work and I had several "bully" students who would say things like, "How are we supposed to learn whe the teacher cannot even read?" I started to have extreme panic attacks just getting ready to go to work. I also at the time had my son who was an infant that I had to get ready. I would cry on my drive there and began avoiding everyone.

I was in my 8th year of teaching at the time and that was the first year I began to have the neuro problems. The joint problems/abdominal pain, etc had been there for years. My co-workers were not sympathetic to my situation AT ALL! Actaully they were down right rude. I was always having tests and searching for answers and they either A-got sick of hearing about them or B- were complete witches! I go with B lol. Anyhow, it got so bad that I had to begin to see a psychiatrist that told me I was going through a "psychotic break" (NOT FUN TO HEAR!!!!!') talk about feeling like a loon. ( I should mention that during that year my 17 year old sister was killed in a car accident 2 months before graduation too) so I had a lot on my plate. Going to teach where there were constant reminders of her was giving me PTSD. I still have anxiety when someone asks me when I will return to teaching or if I'm told about a great job opening. As far as my friends know, I am off to stay at home with my toddlers until they begin school.

You have NO IDEA what a relief (and shock/hostile) moment it was on Feb 4th when I had the diagnosis and I realized that I am not nuts!!! Lol I wanted vindication to all my old co-workers and doctors but realized that they are not worth my precious time!

I also have EXTREME flare ups with my period. Doc said it is normal. I feel like a week before and during that I have been beat up!
