Forgive me, JT, but I really don't have much time today. Here is a link to a great chart that will help explain each band.
www.anapsid.org/cnd/diffdx/wb.html Bands 18 & 41 are both only indicating the "tail" of the spirochete, and there are a couple of spirochetal infections that can cause this to show up on this test, so it's not specific to Lyme.
Band 66 is a heat shock protein that can become positive under certain conditions, but I don't know if it's considered specific to Lyme or not.
I can say that these results have nothing to do with the EBV. Many with Lyme also have an active EBV status because our immune systems are so low that any and all viruses and such get to do what they please.
If you have the symptoms of Lyme or co-infections, then regardless of what blood tests may or may not say, you need treatment. The blood tests are quite faulty (for many reasons) and can be read wrong by many who have not been trained properly.
Please do take the time to read through our "New to Lyme? Start here!" thread - it's got a whole lot of good info there!!
