 however you spell that cholestrymaine,

since i Have been taking that, and supplements

my gums are so bad, receding in a short time

 ugh,

  has anyone else had these problems, reactions to the yellow powder?

  you try to take care of one problem, and than other body problems occur...

  now I have to go dentist

  with what money, I dont know....

Hey wellbeautifulspirit,

Try brushing your teeth with probiotics. I take the capsule, open it, and put it on the toothbrush. Put it right over your toothpaste (I use an all natural toothpaste as well). It really worked for me. Not to mention, it really helps with any oral yeast. But it is especially effective with helping the gums.

Oh, and make sure you brush right after you drink the cholestramine.. That stuff is horrible on your teeth and gums. I make sure I drink that with as little water as possible and use a straw when drinking it so that it doesn't get much into the mouth.
