I want to thank all of you

I want to say thank you to everyone here. Although I might not have been on in quite some time because of health issues, coming back online I went back to the two groups I used to participate in the most - here and another I will not mention.

Here I have been welcomed with open arms and I really appreciate it. There I have been chastised for not typing properly

I have severe neuro lyme and I can't read worth a darn and it takes me forever to type anything. Its a royal pain as many of you know. I just want to say thank you to everyone for being understanding here and not making others wrong for their opinions, how they manage themselves or how they post. We all have troubles to deal with and having a supportive group is key to anyone healing.

I'm so very sorry for the way you were treated on that other site, Walking!! That's so very sad that they felt the need to do that.

It's a good thing no one ever chastised me for the way I wrote back when I was at my worst!! LOL! I would have never had the confidence to keep trying since I had to learn not only how to operate one of them computer thingies, but also how to post on forums while I was quite ill!!! LOL!!

I'm so glad that you felt welcomed here though!! That's what I hope for!

Walking, I'm also glad you found good treatment at this site.

I had a similar experience at another site, and it shocked me so much, after I had made so much effort to express myself at the height of my neuro symptoms, that I didn't go on the message boards again for months.

So I guess I wanted to second the gratitude you expressed. Not as a way to put down the other site, but to say how grateful I am for the treatment I've found here. It can't be easy feat to keep a bunch of people with neuro issues talking civilly over the internet
