swollen painful lymph nodes

Hey guys, I haven't posted in a while, hope everyone is doing alright.
So, my doctor took me off my abx for a month due to a consistent low white blood cell count. He want to see if it comes back up after being off them. I felt pretty good for the first two weeks, but now am experiencing swollen and painful lymph nodes in my neck. I am also having eye and face pain, and becoming much more forgetful. And now because I am experiencing these symptoms, I am becoming anxious! Ahh, the joys of lyme disease. Anybody else have these symptoms, and if so what protocol helped resolve them? TIA

i dont know much about herbals or tinctures,so your post is a little cryptic to me. thanks for the reply though. i will look it up. :)
