can somebody help me

Hello everybody. I woke up with a mild headache, went to church, and went I came back home the headache got worst, like preassure in my neck and my head. I started having chest pains and the feeling like I'm about to pass out. the whole time I'm feeling this, I feel like I'm dreaming. I finally came and laid down, I'm opening my eyes and I feel like I was in a dream, that the things I did while in that trance were a dream, why is this? I can feel my left elbow very inflammed, my arm is in pain. I feel like I'm thinking a little better right now but it scares me, could that be a little stroke? I'm seeing my dr Tuesday, and I have my citizenship test tomorrow, I'm supposed to memorize 100 questions and I have no idea how I'm gonna pass it. Well, I hope you guys are having a better Sunday than mine. God bless you all. I'm positive but I'm very scared, I don't see the end of this, when??? That's all... when. Please Lord, help us and heal us. Amen

You certainly have a lot going on and your body knows it. Try relaxing techiques like deep breathing, maybe take a short nap, listen to music. Take a step back doesn't mean you won't go forward. Also be sure to eat healthy and drink lots of water to hydrate. Feel better and good luck on your test.

Those symptoms sound a lot like Babesia symptoms. Are you being treated for Babs? I've heard many storied of people with Babesia that describe severe, sudden head and neck pressure. Dizziness, feeling like you're going to pass out and chest pains are also common symptoms of it. They can also be symptoms of Lyme though.
