chores today:

  for the first time ever, I almost poured liquid dishwashing soap into the laundry

 I put my kitchen towels in a clothes drawer, then realized

then I was at cvs but I was certain i was at walgreens, and was looking for my walgreen card in purse....

 I am on my knees praying, meditating, for guidence from above to what to do, what is my next step to get well...

I am not doiing anything else today , except watching funny u tube clips and then detox bath and sleep, or at least try to.....

That sounds like a very good thing to do. Old AFV videos are my favorite. Don't be so hard on yourself! Take your time if you don't realize where you are. Especially for some reason the past two days I have been aware but out of it also. I can't remember if I took pills or what I went into a room for etc.

It really upset me at first when I realized it but now I just calmly walk away and when I remember, I remember.

It is hard to let go of your troubles without letting go of yourself. I hope the clips make you smile and laugh and that you get some rest tonight!

You are so not alone!!! I am no longer allowed to do the banking or the dishwasher. I continue to put the liquid for the sink in the dishwasher=lots of water and soap on the floor. I have to show my husband before I put the Cascade in the dishwasher. I did go for psychological testing yesterday after my LLMD suggested it to help give us more solid documentation for my long term disability. It was 2 hours of pure h@$$!!! I felt really stupid but he said that it is exactly what he is seeing with my LLMD's other patients. I have definite cognitive slowing and it takes my brain longer to process than the normal person. He said it is not psychosomatic and it is very real! Made me feel better! Wishing you better days. I know for me each day is a new journey!

 I am crying now.  this is almost too much to bare.

 

  all I did today was wake up at noon

 

  and pick up flowers, for someone's b day,  I use have the bouquet to decorate my house as well,  it helps having beautiful flowers and it smells so good.

resting again, and then like a crazy lady in the night,

I will go to the food store, to see if there are any cakes left.

Light sensitivity, I prefer the night now, and less chance of running into someone I knew before I got so ill

I wanted to get her a cake for her b day,

I even looked online, but that route is so expenseive anyways

I am the poorest of the poor now, level wise

if I was millionaire, u could order those fancy decorated cakes... that would have been nice

I even thought of ordering a key lime cake, on purpose, but said no

I cant even have a bite, that is the true kiss of death

I would be herxing from hell for days. no thank u.
