So I am always looking to take something else that can help me in some way. I added an organic super green powder from Trader Joes and I am looking to add a few more herbs/vitamins to the mix. But at what point does it become too much? I am taking handfuls of pills a day! Many are vitamins and herbs. I would love to hear what others are taking...maybe to see if I am going mad, or perhaps to add something else to my list! lol.

My list (though I'm sure I'll forget a few): resveratrol, NAC, artemisinin, saventaro, ADR, maca, garlic, ginger, licorice, american ginseng, ashwaganda, D3, vit e, saw palmetto, eleuthero, milk thistle, nattokinase, probiotics, tumeric, chlorella, b12 (shot), p-5-p (active form of b6), folate (active form of folic acid), fish oil.
Also now the super green powder, as well as organic hemp seeds in the smoothie.. loaded with protein and those omegas!
