Hi Hanna,
sounds very scary what you experience at night...
I get the brain rushes... it's a very strange feeling feeling coming from the back of my neck, rushing upwards, like it takes my eyes with (like they literally go up, are turn to the back of my head). difficult to explain.
Depersonalisation too... I'm in the midst of doing something, then all of a sudden it's like my brain is entirely erased, can't continue what I'm doing, can't remember anything, don't know where I am, it's like everything freezes. Luckely for me it passes very quickly.
Sometimes it's like I'm in some kind of tunnel, things seem at the same time very close to my face and very far away.
Or sometimes it's like there's only my head, floating around, although I can see the rest of my body.
I know also about ordering limbs to move. 'Come on, lift up that left arm, 1-2-3 - NOW!' sometimes it takes me 3 attempts before I can actually move it.
Aren't we lucky to get free out of body, hallucination like experiences??
I hope you can soon afford going to see a LLMD, that'll be the best thing to do, especially reading what you experience at night...
Marie
