just an alternative for fresh ginger tea - I don't like ginger that much, but this is what I always make for hubby, most of the people I know like it very much:
sorry for the strange quantities, but I'm in Europe, and I converted...
27 oz of organic pineapple juice (no sugar added)
about 0.30 lbs of fresh ginger (more flavour in the organic ginger)
stevia
good water
very easy:
put the rasped ginger in the pineapple juice - add some water cause it's spicy - add the stevia to your likings - let it sit for 15-30 mins (depends on how strong you like it) - sieve it and squeeze the ginger - keep it in the fridge.
(sometimes we add some real vanilla to it)
