Chronic Rash

Hey guys,

It seems that every time I start to herx I get a terrible and sometimes painful rash. In this case, I'm two days into a new antibiotic (Bactrim). I can tell its my usual "Lyme" rash and not an allergic reaction, but it's still very frustrating. Any advice on something to sooth it, maybe something topical? I'm planning to buy an aloe plant as soon as I'm able to leave the house again...fingers crossed that tomorrow will be a "good" day
Does anyone know if aloe might help?

Also, will this rash go away eventually with treatment?

Yes I am detoxing (baths) and also detox teas, supplements etc. I had to cut back on the baths due to pretty severe herxes, but I still do around 1 a week, sometimes more. I also use the dry skin brush daily.

The rash is mainly on my outer thighs and upper arms. My husband described it well, his said it looks like my body is purging. So it's not your typical rash! Do you think it sounds like a herx symptom?
