Ladies - Yeast!

Lyme symptoms under control,feel great about that. But the yeast issue has roared back to life and is making me miserable.

Regimen includes plant based diet, (mostly salads with olive oil and roasted veggies with pine nuts) low carb, low sugar, no white flour, potatoes etc., plain greek yogurt, walnuts, almonds, plain oatmeal, eggs, water and teas green, paul d'arco, detox, unsweetened almond milk and lemon water. (now trying to avoid cheese because of this persistent yeast issue)

Still taking azo yeast tabs along with probiotics 3x a day, was doing luvena prebiotics a couple of times a week . LLMD ordered Diflucan 100 mg every day, been doing that for three weeks still have yeast. Now he has ordered an herbal supplement FC-Cidal which he hopes will help. My gyn has ordered Terazal and ordered a blood test to see if I could be diabetic. (runs in my family)

I am wondering if I should stop the antibiotics to get the yeast infection cleared up? What have others done when they reached this point in treatment where except for the yeast they feel great.

Any advice would be appreciated. I have gotten so far, I feel so close to being well except for this. :(

Need biotin. It keeps the yeast from reverting to spores that cannot be killed. I was given 8,000mcg 3x/day. Thorne Research makes a high potency biotin (called Biotin-8), and some other companies also do...

Also, can use a raw clove of garlic as a vaginal suppository (Dr. Northrup recommends this, or using yogurt vaginally, for yeast).

Other anti-fungals:
Grapefruit Seed Extract
Tanalbit - antifungal tannins
Zinc Tannates
Lemongrass essential oil (not for use on sensitive areas...)
Coconut oil or Capryllic Acid
Oregano - fresh herb, tincture or essential oil (take internally with food)
Kefir, Sauerkraut or other probiotic fermented foods
S. Boulardii (probiotic yeast that can help fight Candida)
Garlic (raw)
etc...

Thank you both for the tips. I have used femdophlis before...I will up my biotin dose as my nails and hair need help too! I do use coconut oil pretty regularly and will look into the others thanks so much...so frustrating to feel better except this issue.
