Serrapeptase is great stuff.
It reduces swelling, greatly reduces (my) joint pain, lowers blood pressure and thins blood (which counters Lyme's ability to thicken it). Its also been proven (in vitro) to significantly disrupt biofilm and allow far better penetration of ABX.
I'll also stop taking it when they pry it from my dead cold hands.
Recently I've added Nattokinase which is supposedly twice as strong as Serrapeptase in the biofilm busting department and Lumbrokinase which is supposedly ten times as strong. The only negative to Lumbrokinase is that its pretty expensive.
Im taking 4 tablets of Serrapeptase and 2 tablets of the others each per day (25K IU?), however Ive read there is almost no limit.
