I try to battle this in my mind... I really need to concentrate, to not loose my calm. It's ok when I'm off work, and when I can do everything in slow motion, with no or very few people around me.
Cold foot baths really help to cool down, and I always have my spanish fan with me. I need a cold foot bath before going to bed, and about 3 showers a day.
My sweat is one of the things that irritates when it's hot cause it stays on my skin, it's kind of sticky. It feels like I can't breath.
When I was younger, I could tolerate hot weather really well. Much better than the people around me.
