Reducing gluten really seemed to help me. Also, reducing sugar and dairy. Some people might say to go to a NO gluten, sugar and dairy diet. It's more difficult to shop at first. And if you.feel cruddy then cooking is probably not what you want. I cook a bunch of vegetables in the oven (broccoli, green beans, carrots) seasoned with sea salt, & any herbs like basil, etc, tossed with olive oil (bake it for 30 min at 400 degrees). After cooling, I divide the veggies up into their own separate biggies and freeze. I sometimes cook and shred chicken & add some to each baggie. Then I can microwave or let thaw then warm up in. skillet. I can't cook everyday, but on a "good" day I do & it is so great to have something easy to throw together. Oh! And I cook a whole package of quinoa & divide & freeze. I'm not sure why I went into such a digression from your question.Good luck, and I never had any side effects from either cycline drug. I drive a convertible with the top down most all year and get a "farmer" tan just like before I got sick, but haven't sunburned from either drug.
