One of the reasons Lyme is so hard to treat is because we are infected with a very complex bacteria - it does things that many bacteria can't. This makes each case unique, so each person needs something different. There may be similarities in cases, but not often that 2 people will have the exact same issues and use the exact same treatments.
Tremors are well known by many Lyme patients. They aren't harmful for most - unless they get really severe - which is unusual. I had tremors a lot. Mine were mainly due to my adrenals that had almost stopped functioning though - at least that's what my doc and I believe because once my adrenals stabilized, the tremors slowed until they stopped. Of course I was in treatment for Lyme at the same time, so it could have also been due to the Lyme disease. That's why it's best to have the right tests done to find out how some things are functioning and get them supported as needed. This way your body is in prime position for healing.
My tremors would get so violent that when an 'attack' happened, I would 'bounce around' and bounce myself off the exam/treatment table or out of a chair - and I had no control over this. Try as I might, there was no amount of relaxation that would stop this. I had to laugh about
it as I could understand all too well what it must have looked like!!
For your own sanity, it's a good thing that it isn't happening so often at night!!
