I try to do 2 per day. about
an hour after my herxing sets in. Before it helped but now with the biaxin I feel like I am dying.
Can I do more enemas? Will it even help or make things worse?

I've never experienced any Herx at all doing any of my enemas.
May I ask what supplements or drugs heavy metal binders you are taking? It is possible that your enema could be mixing up one or more of these that bind the toxins (perhaps maybe bertonite clay or charcoal?) and these are being re-released back into your body.
The only other culprit I can think of is Candida. If its not properly controlled, it could flare your Candida, which does give strong Herx-like symptoms.

Each person is different. I would try a coffee enema and see how it goes. Most people find that it makes them feel better- not worse. You may have to do a series of coffee enemas to notice a difference. Coffee enemas do not remove electrolytes as only a small amount of liquid is used, which only impacts the lower colon. Also supposedly the caffeine from the coffee is not absorbed in this part of the lower colon. At least it hasn't for me. I easily catch a buzz from a cup of regular coffee, but I do not see that with a 6-cup infusion of coffee in my enema.
I am on a diet to lose weight. As the fat melts away there are toxins that are released. I am taking occasion to utilize coffee enemas to eliminate toxins in my liver. I have noticed a definite higher level of energy, and this is not from adrenal stimulation due to the caffeine. I am able to do the coffee enema before I go to bed, and I am able to immediately fall asleep. I wouldn't be able to do this after I drink a cup of coffee. For some reason I have been able to lose weight faster while I have been doing the coffee enemas.

What's probably for those who feel worse after a coffee enema is that it has loosened a large amount of toxins and your hasn't gotten rid of the all yet. First try enough water enemas first so as to rid your colon of any physical doing so until it comes back pretty clear, the do a coffee. Before flushing, examine the toilet and see if there is little nodules floating on top, they will look like you had expelled a bunch of eaten peanuts. Keep doing so until nothing but coffee comes out of you. The water enemas first are so the stuff floating cant be pieces of poop.

I had an interesting experience this week which I'd thought I share. My LLMD recommended green coffee enemas and I've been on them for long time now. I do these once a week and they really help.
They not only help with constipation, but they also help when I feel like Im not properly detoxing or the Candida takes hold. They are so effective that if I skip one, Ill actually come down with meningitis/herx-like symptoms and Ill be very sick. I never once got a herx off an enema if anything, they actually remove my herx-like or Candida-like symptoms.
However, just this week I had my first colonic (a professional machine assisted enema that uses plain water). It cleans more thoroughly and goes deeper. within just a few hours and for the next 24 hours, I had a significant, completely debilitating herx. I was sick in bed!
My theory (just like enema a day that mentioned this) is that anytime you release these toxins you run a chance of getting a herx.
