hi every one I was bitten june 2011 and fell ill a week later I have had test done which came back neg but had bart antibody still think I have lyme I had ringing in ears since june 2011 and inflamed knees and a hundred other symtoms docs gave me dox which didn't help had to buy my own antis and also got a rife machine aswell fell a lot better than I did a year ago  docs not got a  clue about lyme  wink

Do your research. Ask 'how do you treat lymes?' - If they can't answer confidently or very vague, keep searching. ILADs is the best place to start for research. The biggest things you want to learn: Kill the bacteria, protect your belly and DETOX. Since there is no set cure, you have to believe in what you are hearing. It's a huge controversy at this stage. Trust your research and trust the Dr you go to. Most Drs that know lymes understand it's a process. Everyone is different, but, there are some consistencies. I'm for the integrated approach.

Hi Haz!

So are you still symptomatic with Lyme? I'm glad to hear the rife machine helped you. I have never used one and don't know too much about it but I've heard generally, good things. I have not read that book.
I used an integrative method of treatment combining herbs with antibiotics and a little bit of homeopathy in there and I'm doing pretty well. What treatment did you/are you using?

at this time im taken clindamycin/ clarithromycin/ taken 1 of each a day for the last 8 weeks `I have also took minocycline ,metronidazole doxy,azithromycin,teracycline herbs, smento,mangosteen,olive leaf extract I have just been changing antib every 6 weeks and when not on antib been doing same whith herbs and using rife since I started doing this I have felt better than I did still have bad days and good .
