Stomach problems can be caused by a lot of different things. Something many find helpful is to avoid foods containing artificial ingredients (such as aspartame, artificial preservatives, food coloring, etc.).
Another thing many find helpful is avoiding gluten (wheat, rye, barley, spelt, and sometimes oats) and/or dairy (milk, yogurt, cheese, etc.).
There are a lot of good substitutes for these ingredients. More and more food manufacturers are offering gluten-free and/or dairy free options to common packaged foods (such as pizza, etc.).
