Thank you for the answers.
Traveler the herbal Dr. told me she believes in Lyme treatment that you hit it hard with the abx/herbs in the beginning and then she likes to go to the herbs (I'm not sure if she means exclusively), but she does a combo of herbals and abx in her practice. Her end conclusion of PICC was after her exam on how bad my CNS symptoms are.
I am on Samento and will soon be on Banderol. The Samento is making me so sick I can only tolerate two drops a day. One drop at a time and it puts me into a world of hurt.....the amplification is insane I feel like I am back to the unknown times and my whole body is out of control with pain and shaking. I am also on supportive herbs, but no other Lyme killers. My LLMD has not even told me what I am supposed to do to be killing this Myco and Bart. I need to email her. I feel that this office might be so overwhelmed with patients and me being so far out of the area that there may be some gaps going on in my treatment. That is why I was really hoping this Dr. up here could facilitate my care and really help me out.
As I type this, I have frozen spit in my freezer lol. I did the test on Wednesday, and need to send it but was going to wait until after Christmas cuz all the fed ex insanity. It was hilarious how long it took me to work 3 ml of spit out of my mouth each time. I don't have much saliva in my mouth and that fact in itself is also doing a horrible number, in two short months, on my once perfectly beautiful teeth.
So what exactly happens if indeed my adrenals are failing? Can they fix that?
I just was hoping to get a feel for when the situation is extreme enough to need the PICC. It sounds so scary. Also I did get improvement within 4 weeks off ABX but now I feel like I have relapsed back to where I was almost. But like I said I cannot figure out if this is a normal part of the process and I am uncomfortable how long I have been left hanging with no other action since my October appt down south (except phone appt and emails).
Thank you for the advice guys. I would love to hear anyone else thoughts or even actual PICC experiences?
