I think I may be herxing, hard to tell. I've had an increase in palpatations, I feel all shakey and jittery inside off and on particularly at night and in the morning. My joint pain and headaches are awful and my face went numb bit only for about 30 mins the other day. The constant jittery feeling and things just not looking and feeling right is huge and so hard to explain. Does anyone else experience this? My eyelids have also been very puffy. I feel so detached at times and have an impending sense of doom. My eyes being all puffy on my upper kids is freaking me out a too.

Yes, absolutely. Try reducing your dose, and detoxing a little, and see if that helps.

I feel exactly the same way. I was on doxy -yet too little of a dose for 6 wks.  Didn't feel well but not too bad.  After 3 wks off meds i started feeling crummy again so.. now on 6 wks of an Iv rocephin med.  After 2 wks of this I feel horrible..worst Ive felt yet.  I assume it is due to herxing??  I am weak, jittery, heart is goofy etc.  I am doing the baths but not sure they help as I feel nothing when finished.  I am sorta scared.

My baseline is feeling like I drank a pot of coffee but worse.

I sorry lyme babe. I am right with you, my symptoms are crazy and make me feel so anxious it makes it hard to interact with people. My face starts twitching, eye mostly bit cheek and lip sometimes. I feel like I look as crazy as I feel inside. My nervous system is going haywire. Then add the exhaustion and joint pain especially in my hands, wrists, and spine and neck! The list goes on!!! My heart pounds so hard it rocks my body like I'm in a rocking chair. I'm on 3000mg a day of amoxicillin and many supplements, I am on the road to IV abx. I've been nursing two babies in tandem though so my options are limited and the thought was that the babies would be getting the abx through my milk which they likely need too.

Maybe we can all get together for Halloween and do a Lyme haunted house. The proceeds will go to pay the bills of all participants. How is that? We are all going to be there with our twitches and IVs, no need for any make up.
