The WORD on Dr. O in Rowlett Texas!!!

I was VERY impressed.  She is sick with lyme herself but i truly felt her caring for my son and myself and felt a closeness there i did not feel with my own LLMD in louisiana. A doctor TRULY understands more about lyme when they can FEEL what you do!   She does natural and conventional treatments- will help get free cowden protocol- or organize other natural treatment for my son and I.  We even talked about disability down the road should i ever need it!   I was AMAZED. She does not cost an arm and leg and even though we are out of network and must file claims ourselves it is well worth it- the office just printed out our claim form for us with everything already filled out. She actually saved us money by addressing my concerns for myself in the same appointment- and i'm not technically a patient yet but im almost positive i'm switching, sorry Dr. F in Lousiana!! I haven't had such good care in quite a while- it seemed i always ran into the "uncaring" doctors all my life.   Anyway will keep everyone posted- but as of now i certainly recommend anyone willing to drive into Texas to check her out! Especially if you are looking into someone willing to walk through natual treatment with you! It made me feel such relief and almost my healthy self again just to find a doc who won't push antibiotics but will still use them if necessary! I really couldn't ask for more at this point- except that my insurance cover what they said they would- i have a feeling even if they didn't i would find a way to pull the money together b/c this is too good to pass up! I can't help being scared it's too good to be true!!  She's a family practioner so she treats EVERYONE and she is studying under Dr. H in California.

Oh sorry Cajungrl, i don't live in Louisiana i live in houston Texas- i just didnt know about Dr. O yet -she's about the same distance from me as Dr.F though- about 4 hours. I thought i'd try Dr. F first b/c he takes my insurance, but if you live near Dr. F then we are only bout 4 hours apart! sorry i guess i didn't word that first message well! You are always welcome to email me though!!

Oh and i got dr. F's name from another lyme forum- a Christian lyme forum. Very helpful bunch! havent been back to that forum in quite a while- they must think i'm dead!!! heehee i guess i should pop in and see how everyone is- i guess there's just more action over here- that forum only has about 20 members or so.

There is also another doctor in Denton, texas- Dr. W who is my doctor's doctor!! heehee. I liked him too; i did a phone consult with him and that's how i found out about Dr. O. Dr. W doesn't work with insurance though. You would probably be able to file a claim on your own but i do highly recommend Dr. O

Could you PM me the info about Dr. I? I've seen Dr. W in Denton as well as two other doctors here in Houston- one naturopath and one conventional medicine doctor.

Always interested in learning about different doctors in Texas!!
