I, too, had the metallic taste but it slowly got better.
As far as the heart symptoms I had several things going on such as: tachycardia (120 beats per minute), heart flutters and missed beats. My blood pressure was all over the place (90's/40's up to 220's/120's). All cardiac testing was normal.
I hyperventilated up to 120 breaths per minute and I can't do that now if I tried. Air hungar was so bad that if I walked 10 feet I had to stop and bend over until my breath came back. I bought a pulse oximeter (the little machine yu put on your finger) to test my oxygen saturation and it was within normal limits. Breathing has and is one of my biggest concerns and has gotten better since treatment started. On top of that I had BIG TIME hypersecreation of my sinuses and bronchials with CONSTANT coughing that caused problems with breathing. I was misdiagnosed with emphysema.
Another one of my top 5 symptoms was panic attacks (up to 5-6 per day) and terrible anxiety. I learned not to fight the panic attacks and just go with the flow. I read that if you say to this panic "Bring it on" instead of fighting it that it lessens the attack.....which it did. Deep breathing exercises helped to lessen the anxiety a bit along with a lot of distraction and positive thinking.
I also have Babesia and I am in the process of treating that co-infection.
The good news is most of my symptoms have gone by the wayside.
I, too, had most of the symptoms on the master's list. We are really very strong people to go through this process. Hold on tight. Be determined, get the right LLMD or LLND and one day soon you will be on your way to great healing.
