Have two questions?

for my son we went to an LLMD for the Igenex test, so I don't have info on how to get it yourself.
For us it was $200.00 for the Western Blot. (I'm new to this all, so I don't know if that 's the full panel that you're referring to or not.)

My son, being young (4), may have a different progression of symptoms than an adult (b/c of maybe a PANS reaction, neuro/psych stuff)
anyway, for him, this is how I saw it come along:

1. more easily irritated and anxious
2. foot pain
3. stomach pains, fatigue and motor tic starting all the same day
4. migratory joint pain and muscle pain
5. more fatigue
6. dark circles under eyes
7. ocasional incontinence
8. "freezing up"
all things seem to cycle, and come and go

motor tic was the first thing that jumped out at me as "odd" and different, so that's what I focused on in research (of what causes motor tics).
people on forums on latitudes kept coming back to the same three things: tic disorder, PANDAS, and lyme

the joint and muscle pain and fatigue was when I thought to myself "I think lyme is it"
more research from there then testing

You might go to Igenex website and get some info. I believe you need a medical provider's order. My symptoms hit me like a Mack truck overnight following a busy 4-day road trip. I woke up on July 30 and couldn't walk due to knee pain and stiffness. I was stiff and painful all over and very "creaky" with joints cracking and popping. Sharp shooting/stabbing pains in large muscles, particularly thighs and upper arms. Then I began having difficulty breathing (which I'd had for some time during sleep, but not to this extent), heart palpitations, tachycardia. Would wake up with severe air hunger and have to sit up and take deep breaths to reoxygenate my body. I felt like everything from stomach to the top of my head was swollen - brain included. Fatigue was overwhelming. Then headaches began. Had vision problems and floaters, aversion to noise and light. Couldn't function mentally at all. I simply crashed. This lasted for the months of August and September. Started feeling a little better in October. Saw Lyme Literate PA in November and started a protocol of vitamins, nutrients, probiotics. Have not yet gotten on antibiotics. Some days are rough, some better. I am self-employed, so I can work based on my daily level of ability, however my production is very low.

You can phone Igenex and order a Lyme Disease Test Kit and they will send it in the mail. It contains everything you need to collect the test samples and containers and shipping materials to send it to them. You will need to collect on a Mon, Tue or Wed. due to them being closed on the weekend and not being able to receive your blood. Just to be sure I'd suggest filling it and sending it on a Monday. You will need a doctors requisition to get the blood drawn at a lab. Try to find someone understanding because the test results will be sent to them. Make sure you request a copy of your own to make sure they aren't covering something up.

I got the Complete Lyme Panel test #6050 which is $475. This is what my doctor ordered. At minimum you want to get the Basic Lyme Panel test #4090 which is $260. My doctor doesn't recommend the Co-infection testing as its even more difficult to test for, so she diagnoses based on clinical symptoms for that.

Symptoms started as lower back pain, tingling in extremities. Within a week I had widespread joint pain, cracking, popping, clicking, gluten and lactose intolerance, weight loss, among other things! The widespread joint pain and clicking was what clued me into Lyme because no doctor could explain that symptom and that's one of, if not the most common Lyme Disease symptom as the bacteria lives in deep tissue like joints.
