Help on understanding results

Hi my hubby had a test sent to Germany ( we are in Australia )
It was sent back to his naturpath even she wasn't sure so she rang them ,she then told hubby he has Lyme ,but after seeing her for about 4 months she then said it's not Lyme and quicky back tracked and said well it is but bla bla bla and confused him
Here is what the result said :

Material:CPDA -blood,serum,EDTA-blood ,Heparin -blood

the specific Borrellia burgdorferi -IgG/IgM-antibodies are no indication for a humoral immune-response against Borellia burgdorferi. Please look at the results of the Borellia -Elispot-LTT and the CD57+cell-count.please take into consideration the clinical symptoms and the different diagnosis ( co- infections )

Does anyone know what all these means ??
Any info would be apprIcated as Doctors in Australia and naturpaths don't seem to know much

I hope someone can understand these results as may as well be in Chinese for us .:(
Seems very little information we were sent back compared to some peoples reports this cost us $860 so we would really like to know what it all means :)
