Ah! I was wondering if you were talking about different results or not. I have been searching and although there is a ton of information about the LTT and what it tests for, there is really no information available that I could find for actually interpreting what each of those results mean - not in English anyway!!

I would really hesitate on saying what my 'impression' is about the results because I can't explain what each value means. I'm sorry as I know that it's hard to have results that you don't understand and told to wait!!

Well, from these results:
Borrelia burgdorferi elispot LTT

Borrelia burgd. Fully Antigen + 6
Borrelia OSP -Mix (OSPA/OSPC/DbpA) (+) 2
Borrellia LFA-1 1 S l

My impression is that he is positive, because of the +6 on the first line and the (+)2 on the second line, but others also report of a "SI" value that this one seems to be missing. But I came up with that after reading 7 or 8 (there really aren't many) posts on other Lyme sites, so it's just other laymen trying to interpret the results from things that they can remember their doc's saying or what little they have found online - that's why I said I hesitate to comment. So I'm just guessing too.

The Immunoblot was negative - no biggy, most of these tests aren't sensitive enough to catch these bacteria without a really good immune response going on, as they are looking for antibodies that are supposed to be produced - but aren't being produced in the case of most chronic Lyme patients.
