detoxing

I have done 2 foot detoxes the past week with ion spa machine and sea salt. I just ordered the machine to my house so I can do one everyday to detox my body. I feel a little better the day after. I read how important detoxing is and will try this everyday!

Nice! Let us know how it works for you! I've thought about getting one b/c I did feel a difference but I would be unsure of what brand to get etc. etc. I know there are some threads on here so maybe I'll try to dig an old one up.

these machines are certainly great for detox, but can also remove needed nutrients. be sure to replace electrolytes, etc.

Thanks I will make sure to replace, it was about 1000 but at the point I'm at I will do anything
