LOL, Lymecontractor - that's still not that long of a post!! You did good!
I can't remember anything specific on what I did to help alleviate tendon snapping over the bone, although it has slowed down significantly for me. It doesn't mean that I don't still have it, but given the length of time that I was infected, the arthritis & lots of bone spurs that I have, I didn't really expect that to just go away.
Personally, I couldn't trust any of the tests, so I had to go by what my body was telling me.
I don't ascribe to the thought of not taking some of the supplements that the bacteria "may" use - the body needs them and the bacteria are going to take them from the body one way or another. By not taking magnesium, you will most certainly deal with magnesium deficiency issues since the bacteria is using what little is available. When you take into consideration that our land - and so the food that is grown on it - is deficient in magnesium, we have to take supplements to make up the difference.
Supplementing with magnesium will
almost certainly help with the muscles issues and maybe with the snapping too. I took magnesium to 'bowel tolerance' and it didn't slow my healing at all I believe, considering I healed in 2 1/2 years after being ill for 40 years.
One month isn't long at all. Depending on how long you've been ill, you might not see a lot of relief for another few weeks to a month. Keep up the good work, results will follow soon!!
I was on my herbal protocol, it took 2 months for me to feel any improvements - even tiny little ones. Although, by three months, I knew that I was going to get better - lots better!!
Being patient isn't one of my strong suits either - although I think most struggle with it when we are waiting to feel better.
Hang in there!!!
