I have been absolutely perfect with my diet since I started it about 5 weeks ago. But I miss my sweets!! It didn't bother me at first, but it's starting to get under my skin......I've never had to really worry about my weight, so I would always freely just have a bowl of icecream, or some cookies, or a bar of chocolate, etc. So here's the question, is Honey ok? And what if I were to have a bowl of icecream to satisfy my appetite - will it pull me back a day? Will it be a huge mistake? What do you all do when you want something you shouldn't have? I am figuring if I give in like once a week, it can't be all that bad. Plus my son's bday is coming up, and he will really want me to have a piece of his birthday cake!! =)
Also, I have been avoiding dairy and gluten, so what if I were to have a slice of pizza? =)
