does anyone have any experience taking mepron or malarone? can you function while you are one it and did you see a big reduction in your symptoms?

I started on Mepron plus Zithromax in July 2013. The results were astonishing. After 7 days, I felt 20 years younger and began exercising spontaneously. I didn't have a herx.

hi dr, tell me more. I had two pluses beside band 41 on igenex testing and 40 on babesia. LLmd said i had been exposed to babesia.

I have neurological lyme no doubt. severe headaches shooting pains up the back of my head, brain fog depression, burning on my chest and back, air hunger, fatigue feel terrible.

my doctor wants me to take mepron and has ordered it but I am scared to take it. I have heard it has horrible side effects. how long did you have to take it?

I was on Mepron and Azithromycin. Started Mepron on a Monday and was feeling rather tired Tuesday. Wednesday I figured it was OK to start Azithromycin. After 2 days I was not able to eat and whatever I ate I was not able to digest. I had such a terrible time with it I had to stop it immediately. I almost ended up in the ER and it took me 2 weeks to recover from it.

This is my second week on Mepron the first 3 days a had a horrible herx reaction pain, fever, headaches. I started feeling better on the fourth day my only problem now is nauseas once in a while. I am starting azithromycin next Tuesday my LLMD wants me to wait 2 weeks before I introduce the new medication.
