Hi Trav, yes, I've been looking at healthcare.gov for the insurance. And yes, I could go back to the walk-in clinic, but, I'd probably have to ask for prednisone / cortisone (very low dose) this time, as opposed to the 5mg I was on three years ago for anaphylaxis and darn near killed myself. I've spoken to a pharmacist who said if I ever needed it again, I should request decadron, which is like "prednisone light"... less jitters as a side effect. Walk-in clinic is open until 9pm. This mornings appt cost me $150 in cash.... which, when you think about it, isn't that bad.
