Full moon coming up on April 15th.

We're heading for a full moon on the 15th. It will be a pink moon, with a total eclipse, fully visible in North America. A so called blood moon eclipse (that will be on the night of April 14th-15th).
I'm in Europe, I would have loved to see this!!!

A lot of us experience an increase in symptoms, new symptoms popping up with a full moon. So don't get worried if you have an aggravation of symptoms.

Uh oh. I read that too. I guess better pull out all my weapons and hit extra hard, double dose tinidazole and minocycline, 60 drops each of banderol and samento.

It am strange I felt a worsening of my symptoms last full moon, today I'm almost completely symptom free. I wonder how my Lyme will react to the full moon.

yep... i keep track of this, though i don't have to. My pain and fatigue is so much worse during this time, started building up yesterday, I'm not even sure I can finish the day at work today.

It is supposed to be a blood moon tomorrow night. I hear they are pretty rare. It might be worth checking out! Even if you are really ill from the full moon, you can look out the window!

Maybe this is why I have twitches in my jaw and also other areas. I have not had twitches in these areas in a very long while...thought that symptom was all gone :-(

So has anyone had any flare up yet? It would be interesting to know if our symptoms all flare up tonight. So far my Lyme has been pretty low key last week and I was anticipating a flare up sometime around this past week but nothing happened yet. My symptoms just seem to be gradually going away. And are close to non-existant now.

I will be interested to see if people post back tomorrow... about a flare up last night! Please share your experiences!

my son totally had a flare up of symptoms. I was so disheartened, b/c his symptoms had been becoming so lessened, to the point of almost gone, and then yesterday…bam
he had joint pain for the first time in 3 weeks
he had the fatigue like he used to (but hasn't had for about a month)
and said he had "bugs crawling on his leg" (hasn't said that for awhile either)

I was glad to read that maybe the moon had something to do with it. But it really frustrated me, b/c he hadn't had some of those for awhile. Hopefully it was a one time, full moon, thing, and by the next one, maybe he'll be so far along in progress it won't hit him as hard.

I was in a plane, flying overnight, did not feel well for a few moments

I was asleep and then the speaker, announcement came on, and i made this startling sound,
the guy next to me looked at me, but then he smiled, cause he knew i was awoken from deep sleep

but i never did that prior, since i have lyme, i do that often when woken up before i am ready to wake up on my own... i hate this disease....

I don't know if it was the full moon or not, but I had horrible, horrible diarrhea yesterday. I kept thinking I should let it come out, but finally I took some Immodium thank God.

But today, I don't feel like eating, and I'm scared to get on the scales.

Ironically, I was doing a bone broth fast yesterday to stop the chronic diarrhea, but I think the bone broth made it worse, because of the fat. I'm staying off bone broth for awhile, and might try chicken soup in a week or so, but with fat carefully skimmed off, or skin removed (?)

I'm scared, period.

And to make things worse, once my GI doctor got my negative C. Diff. test results back, he just blew me off, and told me to go see my primary care doctor. He hasn't even examined my abdomen the last few times I've seen him.

I did make myself go out to look at the moon, but it was super cold out, weird for April. It was in the twenties. I didn't see an eclipse. The moon didn't look red, but I don't think blood-red moons are supposed to be red!

I didn't get angry, just peed out the (you know) all day.

Maybe the moon's gravity pulled it out of me; who knows?

I definitely had some issues last night.........joint pain, muscle stiffness, twitching and a stiff neck. It was so bad I started back up on my medication that I've been off for two weeks. I'm definitely better today.

That is crazy to think the moon can cause our symptoms to become more severe!
