How frequently do you see your LLMD?

I go once a month, and she doesn't take insurance. I want to ask if I can just get my blood-work done monthly, but start making my visits bi-monthly. I'm seriously running out of money going to her every 4 weeks.

It varies depending on how I'm doing and the particular preference of the practitioner.

Currently, I see my doctor once a week (he's both my LLND and my Primary) for labs, because I'm on 100% IV nutrition (Total Parenteral Nutrition) and that requires the weekly bloodwork.

I see mine every 2 months - I email him if there is something unexpected. If needed he does adjustments to my protocol in response to my mail.

Every month is important at the beginning of treatment and if you are on an IV PICC line. Otherwise every other month (or even 10 to 12 weeks) should be adequate.

I see mine every other month, and we have a phone call appt on the months that I don't go to see him.

I see my LLND, whenever I feel necessary but at least once a month. She is very accommodating.

Do be sure to ask about the cost of other options! I've been told that some doctors will charge just as much for a phone consult as they do for an office visit! That's fine, if you are prepared for it.

I'm seeing my doctor next week after 2 months. She is too much money as well...but before when I was on IV's I saw her every week for months...then it went to monthly and now bi-monthly. I get labs in between our visits and if I need her I can call or email her :-)

My herbalist and I have bi-monthly consults as well or go for about 10-12 weeks.

My kinesiologist, I see him every week because of the work he does for me and he added in aqua chi (yes he bought a foot bath)!
