Probiotics in a Chocolate Bar

What a tasty way to get some. Probably not enough for Lymies needs, but a good excuse for a treat.

finally a probiotic my son wouldn't complain about! if only it was all that was needed.

(I put his in juice, but have tried that myself and the juice ends up tasting not so good with the ones we use.)

The chocolate and the additives in it will probably be just as detrimental to our immune response as the probiotics are beneficial. I don't want to sound like a Negative Nancy, but if these people are suffering badly, they need to do everything within their power to get better and eating is one of the few things within their power that they can control.
