migratory aches and pains

Does anyone have aches and pains that move around the body?
- one minute I seem to have an aching wrist then a minute or so later the sensation has moved to my back or shoulder and then down to my leg or bottom of my foot. The aches can be mild to very strong.

I also notice buzzing ears and rapid heart beat - but all these symptoms just come and go throughout the day. Some weeks are better than others.

Would these symptoms be consistent with bartonella or borrelia?

I have weird, sharp stabbing pains pop up in various places throughout the day - almost never the same place twice... never last long but are annoying and disturb other functions.

But then I've had more long-term joint and muscle pain - started feet, then also showed up---or migrated to--- ankles and knees, wrists, fingers, then disappeared and showed up in hips. Something has hurt when I walk for so long now I don't feel like I remember how I used to walk - everything feels so different. Every now and then the ankles or knees flare up but it seems it's always some place different.

I get rapid heart rate sometimes throughout the day but not every day. I cannot determine a pattern yet or source - anxiety? potassium issue? heart issue? or is it the infections themselves?

Yes, absolutely - migrating pain is one of my symptoms - exactly as you describe it.

I also have a rapid heart beat at times. I don't understand it because it often happens when I am at rest.
