Is my babesia coming out?

So basically I've been treating lyme and bart a month and a half... The last 4 days, I've been having horrible symptoms.. Like I feel out of it and kind of dizzy, and I'm really having trouble breathing, like it's scary, my back feels tight like it's blocking my breathing, and my arms and legs every once in a while will get halfway numb. I'm getting muscle twitching everywhere... and I noticed when I woke up this morning .. I wasn't full out sweating, but I did sweat a tiny bit.. I haven't had any sweats during the night since over a year ago.

Anyone have any idea what's going? These feel like lyme symptoms but there's something different about it.

I get treated for that after bart.. I have had air hunger in the past.. but not like this, this is new .. it's like my back and neck are tight and its hard to breath... these infections suck.

That's so strange - I got on here to see if anyone has had the symptoms I'm currently experiencing. I've felt exactly like what you're describing for the past week. I've had trouble breathing, tingling in my fingers, random sweats, muscle twitching, and tightness in my chest, upper back, and neck (which feels like it's interfering with my breathing). For the last month I've been doing so much better, and then this started up again. I've had these symptoms before, but not to this severity in months. I wonder if this is babesia or something else. I'm being treated for Lyme but I haven't been tested for coinfections (yet). I'm going to bring this up to my LLND.
