I reduced gluten and all grains about
a year ago (but ate it every now and then). In Jan '14 when my GI problems got really bad, which was at the time I also started treatment I went completely gluten, grain, dairy, sugar, and caffeine-free. A couple of times I had to eat what was in front of me, which contained gluten for sure and my gas, bloating, pressure, and cramping symptoms returned (in stomach and sometimes in upper/lower GI.
