Hello everyone,
I just joined this group. My daughter, 21, is diagnosed with Lyme 2.5 years ago. She has been sick most of her life, and had two tick bites as a child.
She has gone the alternative route with a few different protocols, some improvements, but the doctor stopped seeing patients so we were back to square one. She is now seeing a doctor in ATL that prescribes silver Argenten 23. This has been since January, and since then, she's had to quit her job and move back home with her parents. She is not able to walk without assistance and she continues to get weaker every day. She is totally depressed and does not want to fight this anymore. She has panic attacks. We are very disappointed that the doctor doesn't have much to say about her symptoms, just to give it more time.
We now have an appointment with an LLMD the end of June.
I am worried that she is suffering irreparable damage, since she has had this most of her life. I am trying to just keep her going, and stay positive with her. It is increasingly difficult.
She is doing FAR infrared sauna, ionic foot baths, epsom salt baths, reflexology, lymphatic massages for detoxing, also taking lots of Vit. C. She is also taking lots of supplements.
If anyone has any ideas, I'm open. I want to help her and keep her wanting to fight, but she is loosing the willpower.
