Ok so I started to research how people cure themselves from cancer naturally, and remarkably it's the same strategy. Diet, lifestyle changes, detox, detox, detox, immune system help. Rebounding and sauna are also important and employed here as well.

I started to fell well and decided to scrub my bathrooms sine they haven't been scoured in months. Then I went downhill again.

Detox..geez.. I'm also looking to get rid of all the toxic chemicals in my house and body products too. Laundry detergents, etc... Lots of detox potential..

If you could guide them through step by step how would you advise and in what order ?

Such as if it were me I would start with
Water intake. How much - half your weight in oz at least.
Filtered at very least.
No plactic bottles at very least.

I say at very least because there are ways to fine tune and improve
Just your water intake variables.

Many people think they are drinking enough and once you measure you may be surprised !
Its huge deal to start lymph support and bodies ability to detox and for coffee enemas to work well and and and ...

I would get a person hydrating.
Also adding a little natural salt and baking soda
To support cells and alkalinity.

So many things around just water.

I had herx type feeling when I first ramped up my water

Its not easy really to even keep your water intake up and consistent
Sounds simple and we all say to ourselves yeah I drink water all day. But most of us aren't really at level we need to detox and keep supporting the organs and processes we are expecting to be working for us. And those we are pushing to work harder in this disease.

Where do you go to get laser detox? I really want to try the laser lymph treatment but can't find anyone online. I am in Massachusetts.

If your feeling ready for laser I highly recommend it.
I ended up purchasing one and am using it at home

But I so think you should find a practitioner who uses it for lymphs and vascular health and for overall detox as well as regeneration at cellular level. Also is known to be anti infectious treatment and dissolves fat. Therefore I believe it gell a with biofilms in blood

They sell laser blood irradiation devices too that go on wrists or in nasal cavity and or some practitioners use them for this reason using there lasers

Well there are some people who buy Laser machines with Paddles that they can lay on your that some chiros use for Lymph Drainages and those same machines are sometimes used for fat reducing in spot areas of the body. And though you can also use the hand held lasers to treat but many professionals do not want to hold a laser on each spot for a period of time. But some professionals do.
I had one using a derma ray that has a combination of cold laser with the gas filled tubes of micorcurrent.

Some chiropractors are only trained in physical rehab and some are trained in wellness and are aware of the cold laser uses for lymphs and will treat you that way.

Some aestheticians do lymph drainages using cold laser devices too.

Some overall Naturapaths also use cold laser.

Some integrative wellness and cancer care clinics use it for there detox modality.

Some Homeopathic doctors or clinics use it.

The same lasers used in physical therapy can be used but there are different settings

There are Healing Settings and stimulating settings and also times and frequencies to treat and
that makes the difference in treatment more than the laser device as long as it has the basic
settings and specifications capable of doing the job.

Some lasers are just healing and resonance they call them and just do low overall healing such as pain control to a muscle area and just calm the are and do not go very deep etc.

SO that is why you have to find a practitioner that does Lymph work and can assume they know these things are have the right device and using the right settings to do the lymph treatments.

So sorry to read that you have been sick for 8 years. As far as detoxing, I believe in keeping it simple and not to go overboard with all the suggestions mentioned. Too much of anything is not a good thing.

Even though I am well I still continue to take detox baths (beginners should use warm water NOT hot), dry skin brush and use an infrared sauna (I know many can't do that or have access to one).

If you don't have a tub then foot baths work well (put a tiny bit of mustard powder and cayenne pepper in the basin and soak your feet for about 20 to 30 minutes) ~ instructions are in the New to Lyme? Start Here! Sticky Thread on top.

That's it! Again, I believe in keeping it simple.

2 questions: I've read not to take bentonite clay when on abx. This is true or not?

What about colloidal silver when on abx?

Coffee enemas are use I stimulate the veins attached up into liver and bile and therefore accelerating the function and filtering blood that passes through every three minutes. Also the bile is pushed into he gut accelerating toxins flowing out and opening channels for other toxins from lymphs etc.
They are a staple for me and I worked up to a series of holding type of 15 to 30 minutes of 4 in a row.
Also the accelaration gives a push of natural glutithione which is produced there but now you get a surge

Going to try cupping soon for detox. It's not on our list.
Acupuncture can stimulate detox or reduce stagnation.

A naturopath told me that taking protein powder, can help cleanse the liver.
