There are lots of antibiotics used in Lyme, to be honest some don't really have any effect at all on liver enzymes. Some antibiotics are actually pretty harmless except for maybe killing off good bacteria too.
There are lots of options, she could always start on something like Biaxin and Plaquenil instead.
