Identify my bite please

I received this bite in November last year and within a week I had fatigue that on a scale of 1 to 10 was a 11. I slept for days and days and anytime I would get up I would become so tired that within a hour i'd have to go to sleep again. I didnt feel the bite and i was staying at a family members house who had just a few days prior hunted a deer and transported it in the bed of their pickup truck. i was in the bed of this pickup truck a couple days after that. It was in Kentucky. The bite did itch horrible, which i've read is uncommon in lyme. In and around the bite area my skin became very hard and swollen, extremely hard. One of the first things besides the fatigue that I noticed was my tongue started having very bad thrush and even became yellow and spotty. My neck became very stiff. I slowly became extremely bloated, face, belly, neck. 3 weeks after this bite I went to a urgent care for something unrelated and received a z-pack(azithromycin). After taking the first day dose I woke up the next day and I felt like a million bucks. This great feeling slowly went away the days ahead and was replaced by a range of different symptoms from VERY frequent urination, awful constipation, sunlight blinding to me, muscle knots that when you rub or touch them just go to a new spot. Lyme disease never once entered my mind and i've always figured it was a spider bite. Slowly over the next four months I would be in and out of the ER four times in the months for extreme constipation, high heart rate, anxiety attacks. numerous primary care doctor visits, seen four GI specialists, numerous urgent care visits. I have never mentioned the bite to any of them until recently because I never really made the connection. I've been on numerous antibiotics over the past 7 months, azithromycin, augmentin, ceftin, biaxin, doxycycline, rocephin shots thinking i had a STD possibly due to urinary issues. I was tested for lyme and all they said was negative. Tests come back with nothing, MRI's nothing, xrays nothing, had a colonoscocpy done...nothing. They send me home with benzos and tell me all my problems are in my head. My family and friends are tired of hearing about my problems and also think its in my head. In fact ive basically become a joke to them. Since that bite I've wasted $35,000 of my savings on health expenses, medications, vacations thinking its just depression, buying random crap that i thought would make me feel better...again thinking that its just all in my head like everyone tells me. i'm not working now from all this and soon will run out of money, not sure what to do. I only feel good when on the following drugs: augmentin, azithromycin, and.... ceftin which helps the urinary issues only. Interestingly enough the bite is very faintly still somewhat there, basically a scar from where it was.

My symptoms now:
- Mentally not all there, very foggy
- Stomach Issues - stomach constantly causing problems, feels like anything i eat just gets stuck in my stomach and feels like my GI track isnt moving food along
- Zero Sexual desire
- Urinary issues that come and go
- Random Muscle Twitches and knots

I was unfortunate enough to stand in an ant hill during the trip to TX where I contracted Lyme. The bites blistered like pimples at it was super gross and painful.I wonder to this day if it was possibly the ants. Never saw a tick, though I did have other random bites from unknown origins.
