New and looking for LLMD in NEPA

Hi! I've recently been semi diagnosed as having lymes...my ELISA came back positive with 2.78 and I have 2 reactive bands, 41 and 23 for the IGM and 4 bands, 41, 39, 23, 18 for the IGG. I've been doing the reading that I should find someone literate in this for the best treatment. I have been ill for over a year, but had some vague symptoms up to 3 years ago, so not sure when this could have started, but I am done being sick and ready to just get it tackled. My Cardiologist is the one that diagnosed me and has put me on a 3 week course of doxy for now, but I understand this most likely won't be enough. She has me referred to an ID doctor, but I wanted to find someone who is more familiar. I am in the North East PA area and willing to travel, especially for someone affordable. I did find one LLMD, but the costs are so exorbitant, I can't afford to go there. Thank you for all of your help!

Thanks! My results were from Quest which stated I needed the 5 bands on the IGG, hence showing me negative there, so I'm not sure what a regular doctor would say. I am thinking my cardiologist only treated me because she knows so little-saw positive on the ELISA and called it a day. Sadly, I was pretty darned relieved and ready to cry from relief when she said the test came back positive. I was so tired of trying to figure out what was wrong me and being told by one doc she didn't even know what to test me for anymore because most of my tests looked normal, that finally knowing was a relief. Now it's getting it treated.
