So, I have another question about the detox bathing:
I go to run a bath just now, and I noticed (not that this is a surprise) that my water is yellow. This is typical for the bathroom and I hadn't really concerned myself with it before, but wondering if it was important given that I am trying to *rid* toxins from my body, I should google it.
Apparently it's caused by rust, which isn't surprising because the pipes in this house would be a bit on the old side.
Do I have to worry about the iron/rust thing with the yellow water, if I'm detoxing? I feel like that may be a legitimate thing to be concerned about.
Yes! Please do be concerned about
this! Until you know what that is, it could be putting something back into your body through skin absorption. You might be able to see what minerals/metals might be high in your area - at least I know that I was able to google my state and county and find the mineral contents. The best way though, so that you know for sure what's in your water and if it is at levels to be concerned about
would be to have it analyzed.
