Sorry if I upset anyone.
RTF - as I said, I read it and shared since we are all more susceptible to all viruses due weakened immune systems.
I added a disclaimer that I hadn't done much more research beyond this, and that I had seen some argument about
exactly how it is transmitted.
I'm not worried, worrying doesn't do anyone any good with this type of thing. (Maybe I should have added that...) But I thought I would share as I'm glad I'm aware of it. I'm personally going to wear a mask during air travel, which maybe I should do anyway regardless of Ebola. I have a bunch of flights coming up, and... I was going to have my 2 year fly in September but I have the option of driving him and think I may go that route. Better safe than sorry I guess.
Anyway, I didn't mean any harm, and certainly wasn't trying to stress everyone out. I know many things I read on the forum stress me out and I hate that. But I'm glad I'm aware in the long run. After re-reading the article, I maybe should've found something a bit less graphic and more informative and to the point.
Girlie - I don't know the answer to that question for sure, from what I understand, some US passengers where on a flight with a doctor who became very ill with the virus while on the plane. He came in contact with over 200 passengers and crew and 59 passengers are considered at high risk of having contracted the virus, 20 have been quarantined and the other 39 are unaccounted for.
Surely it will be fine, but I read it and felt I should share. Maybe it was a poor choice.
I like natural news but I know not every article is gold... But then again what is...? FOX news for instance... Need I say more!? "HLN", gives us more information about
"twerking" than it does about
fracking. If you just thought to yourself what's fracking and had no problem with twerking, that's exactly my point. Sorry, there's my mini soapbox about
headline news and "reliable" reporting in this country.
