Hi. Does anyone else have painful fatty tumors all over their bodies?
I thought once I read they were found in bartonella. I have them on arms,legs,back,abdomen. They are painful to touch and have had some removed but they grow back. Let me know if you have heard it with any tick born diseases. Thank you!

While I have not had to deal with these,I was thinking Bartonella as well, but try searching for Lipoma, Lyme disease - I think you will find a lot more information.

hi.

about 8 years ago, i ve found out a lipoma. doctors sais is fatty.

over the years they started to appear on legs ( 10-15), abdomen( 10 +), arms ( few) back ( 2)

but they do not hurt!

Hi burnoutfree it sounds just like mine. The ones on my back hurt more like sore. Maybe it is bartonella. I hope with treatment they go away just dissolve. The amount you have is similar to mine. I really hope they do go away with treatment. Thanks for the help.

you think, ...but you re not a doctor.

i went to many doctors asking them about, and one told me that as long you don t do a surgery, you ll never know for 100% what these are.....they might be fatty or other...

Hi I had some removed and they were fatty (lipomas) but its impossible to have all removed so just have to hope they go away If they are too painful they can remove them. Thanks for the thoughts.

So sorry they are hurting. I don't have any (that I know of) but do have other lesions that LLMD told me are Bartonella. But as we were discussing the lesions, she mentioned that Bartonella also causes lipomas.

Burnoutfree, she has seen a doctor about them and had some removed - that's how she knows what these are. What she wanted to know is if it was connected to tick-borne infections.

Oh, yes i see now.

Honestly, nothing surprises me any more with these infections. I've talked to many, many people over the last 7 1/2 yrs and one thing is for sure - one the body is disrupted on so many levels like these infections can do, most anything is possible.

Whether it's Lyme or Bartonella, I don't know - there just isn't enough research to confidently support either one over the other, in my opinion. A person would have to just go on patient assumptions basically I think.
