As promised, I have managed to secure a space where people in or around Boston can meet and support one another in real life. It will be secular in nature in spite of the fact that the room is in a church - everyone touched by Lyme will be welcome. Our first meeting will be on August 12th and will be held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, so come and join us if you can, the meetings are free but we will be passing a hat around just to cover costs. We look forward to seeing you and hope you can make it. One final piece of information for you, the place where we will be meeting is more than just a church, it is a Cathedral; St. Paul's Cathedral to be precise. It is on Tremont Street, across the road from Boston Common, right next to Park Street station.

That's great! I hope it works out well. I sure like the one I go to here. We get over 15 people each time. Let us know how it works out.

I am working tonight and my days off vary but I would love to go. If I can get the day off in the future I am definitely coming!

I wish I could go! I lived in Mass from 2000-2004 and just went back there for our ten year wedding anniversary, where I got bitten! I returned to Texas with all of the Lyme Symptoms. I can't find many doctors here that know much about Lyme. Should I fly back to Mass? I know so many people there that would put me up for months if needed and they have already offered. I am yet to see an LLMD here, now almost 7 weeks out from the bite!! Should I hop a plane? Do you have better treatment centers there??
